Many of our actions are driven by a desire for a better life, but a lack of understanding about what "quality of life" truly means, often leading to counterproductive behaviors.

 

A central theme is the idea of the mind as a "creative soap bubble machine" that constantly generates thoughts to solve perceived problems- a long list of accumulated "tensions".

 

True improvement comes not from solving individual problems, but from developing self-observation skills to understand and process these tensions effectively, thereby fostering a more harmonious and peaceful existence.
