Watch the video and explore:
Brief — a summary of the chapter
Reflection — guided reflection questions related to the chapter
Write your responses in the text box and click “Save to Notebook” to keep them.
Video Tips (for a smoother experience)
After starting the video, tap the small arrow icon to open additional player options. From there, you can enable the floating player (so the video keeps playing while you navigate) and turn on English/Hebrew subtitles.
Notebook
All your saved reflections appear here, organized by time. You can add multiple entries for each chapter.
You’ll also find a Share button for each reflection, allowing you to easily share it via WhatsApp.
Note: The notebook is designed to support and deepen your process throughout the journey. While its use is highly recommended, it is completely optional.
Everything you write is private and visible only to you. The MindTech team does not have access to your content. All entries are secured with client-side encryption, and the system only tracks usage (not the content itself).
