My Allies
Your Next Step on the Journey
Healing often begins with knowing where to start.
I share this space with those whose vision and practice I deeply value.
These are the people who walk beside me on my own path, and whose work I wholeheartedly trust to walk beside you on yours.

Maya Zohar
Maya is my go-to person when you’re facing deep or unclear struggles, feeling disconnected from yourself, or holding emotions that have been stuck for years and need to be released.
Maya is a visionary mentor who guides people to reclaim their voice as a powerful tool for self-healing and transformation.
Through her Vocal Liberation method, she helps release years of silence, fear, and emotional weight, awakening deep confidence and authentic self-expression. Her work is a journey of empowerment, where the voice becomes not just sound, but freedom, truth, and personal power.

Avital Lavie
Avital is who I send you to when movement, gentle embodiment, and reconnecting body, mind, and heart are the keys to finding calm, joy, and inner balance.
Avital guides deep inner connection through intuitive movement, yoga, meditation, and presence-based practices. Her sessions offer a gentle return to the body, opening space for energy to flow and the heart to soften. With a grounded and compassionate approach, she supports individuals and groups in reconnecting to their inner truth, clarity, and vitality. Her background includes yoga, modern dance and flamenco.

Zohar Toren
Zohar is the guide I turn to when you’re ready to move beyond healing into lasting self-realization, and want a grounded, disciplined companion for that path.
Zohar guides people toward a direct experience of their true nature through Zen, meditation, Tai Chi, and embodied awareness practices. His sessions create a space to explore presence, stillness, and the energy of life — both in silence and in movement. Whether someone is seeking clarity, healing, or deeper connection, Zohar offers private and group sessions to support that journey.
