Life Through the Eyes of Fluke

Join Fluke for an insightful journey as he shares his deep-rooted intention in life: exploring and understanding the concept of improving quality of life.

This dedication began over 16 years ago, driven by a profound question sparked by contrasting observations – countries with the highest perceived quality of life, like Finland, also had high suicide rates, while people living in extreme poverty in places like Thailand could be among the happiest.

These experiences challenged Fluke's initial beliefs, highlighting that quality of life is not externally measurable; it's a personal perspective.

A pivotal moment, revealed a core insight: every human being, at any given moment, is striving to improve their quality of life. Yet, paradoxically, many actions we take, while offering temporary relief (like drinking alcohol for stress), often fail to genuinely improve our quality of life in the long run, leading to recurring issues.

This realization propelled him into a continuous quest to understand what truly constitutes an improvement in one's quality of life.

Fluke's approach is centered on constant study and research, both for himself and when helping others. He operates from the belief that "at every given moment I don't know anything and we start again" embracing an adaptable, non-prescriptive methodology.

The ultimate goal is to empower individuals to become "good scientists" of their own lives.

This means cultivating curiosity, investigating personal challenges, and finding unique solutions, rather than simply following external instructions.

By fostering this internal research, individuals can deeply connect with their inner experiences, enabling genuine personal growth and a more effective path to well-being.
