Inner Walk
Inner Walk is a profound self-development practice that allows you to learn about yourself and your daily life experience, and helps you gain the right tools to overcome life’s challenges. By learning how to observe your inner experience objectively, you can begin to understand yourself better, and gain freedom from your thoughts and emotions.
The Inner Walk practice was founded by Thai Buddhist monk Prah Olarn. His teachings help to explain the technology of the mind, and guide the way to train the "awareness muscle", in order to increase our quality of life on a daily basis.
The Inner Walk Center on Koh Phangan, Thailand runs 4 day retreats every week, from Monday to Thursday.
