The Journey Within

Theory, practice and embodied awakening

This workshop offers more than teachings—it offers an unfolding inner journey, week by week.

Here’s a closer look at what you can expect:

Teachings That Illuminate

Each session begins with clear, engaging teachings drawn from Buddhism and Zen, offered in a language that is direct, grounded, and relevant to modern life.
You’ll explore essential questions like:

What is the nature of awareness?

How do habits shape our sense of self?

What does liberation mean in everyday terms?

These teachings are not abstract philosophy—they're living pointers, shared in a way that invites reflection, insight, and real personal connection

Embodied Practices

Understanding is only part of the path. Each teaching is followed by guided practices that bring insight into the body—helping you not just understand the truth, but feel and live it.

These include:

  • Tai Chi-inspired movements: exploring balance, flow, and rootedness.

  • Seated and walking meditation: cultivating presence and stillness.

  • Somatic inquiries: tuning into the inner landscape of sensation and emotion.

These practices are gentle, accessible, and designed to meet you where you are—no previous experience is required.

This is not a Retreat you visit

and then leave.

It’s a journey you live

A Supportive and Spacious Container

You’ll be welcomed into a space of warmth, presence, and non-judgment.
There’s room here for silence, for questions, and for simply being.
The structure of the sessions creates a rhythm that supports both inner depth and practical integration - so that insights don’t just stay in the space, but ripple into your daily life.

Integration Between Sessions

This is not a retreat you visit and then leave - it’s a journey you live.
Between sessions, you’ll receive simple practices, reflections, and reminders to keep the thread of awareness alive throughout your week.
These might include a short daily movement or meditation.
You’re encouraged to engage at your own pace, with kindness and curiosity. The goal is not perfection—it’s deepening awareness, one breath, one step at a time.
