Be the Change

V I E W

Be The Change

Over the years, hundreds of participants have taken part in deep processes

rooted in observation, inquiry, and personal and group work.

Processes that create space for discovery, movement, and change.

Over five full days, we create a space to step away from our everyday routines

and turn our attention inward - to meet the places in our lives that challenge us,

recognize the patterns and beliefs that lie beneath the surface,

and understand what is truly holding us back from moving forward and living more fully.

Through inquiry, experience, and personal and group work,

we explore not only what we already know about ourselves,

but also what we have not yet been able to see -

creating space for movement, change, and a new way of meeting life.

See. Meet. Change.

Over five days, we dive into a deep process that brings together understanding, experience, and practice -

personal work held within a group setting,

allowing us not only to talk about the things we want to change in our lives,

but to meet them as they arise in real time.

The School of Life approach has evolved through years of study, inquiry, and experience.

It brings together Trilotherapy, Zen, Buddhism, and mindfulness with body-mind work and a wide range of experiential practices.

Throughout the retreat, we work in different ways -

meditation, Rebirthing and breathwork, Inner Walk, movement, music and sound, talks and teachings, group work, personal processes, rest, observation, and presence practices.

There is no fixed program dictating how the process should unfold or where it should lead.

Gita and Fluke work with what emerges in the space, weaving different practices into the days according to the process as it develops - allowing what is asking to be seen, and what is ready to change,

to begin to move.

Meeting What Holds Us Back

There are places in our lives where we feel stuck.

Patterns that repeat themselves again and again.

Relationships that trigger us.

Fears, anger, pain, self-criticism - or simply the feeling that things could be different,

without knowing how to get there.

The retreat invites us to move closer to these places rather than run away from them.

To explore where they come from.

To see our own part in them.

To meet what lies beneath the surface -

and create space for something new to begin.

Who Is It For?

The School of Life Retreat is for those taking their first steps into the world of personal development,

as well as those who have already been walking this path and want to go deeper.

No previous experience with meditation, retreats, or any particular practice is required.

What is needed is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to meet ourselves beyond what we already know.

If you want to understand yourself more deeply, recognize the patterns that shape your life,

meet the places where you feel stuck, and discover new possibilities in the way you live, choose, and meet the world -

School of Life is a space to begin, or to deepen, that journey.

Facilitatiors

Yuval "Fluke" Birman

Yuval’s guidance is grounded in many years of study, practice, and experience leading deep personal processes, retreats, and fasts.

Over the past 15 years, Yuval has dedicated his life to exploring consciousness and the human system. He has studied and lived alongside monks and teachers from different traditions, deepening his understanding of mindfulness, Buddhism, Daoism, and inner observation.

Over the years, he has guided individuals and groups through personal and collective journeys and is a co-founder of Wonderland Healing Center, School of Life, and the Inner Walk program.

Yuval’s approach is not about leading people toward a particular answer, but about creating the conditions in which each person can meet themselves and whatever arises within them.

He brings a quiet and precise presence to the space, together with extensive experience in holding deep processes — allowing the journey to remain human, open, and supportive.

Gita

Gita’s guidance is rooted in many years of inquiry, study, and practice in personal development, meditation, and inner peace.

Over the years, she has studied deeply with different teachers, including Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Zen Master Nissim Amon, and Prem Baba, while exploring the worlds of Trilotherapy, Zen, and meditation.

Gita’s work grew out of her own personal journey and the connection between the knowledge she received from her teachers and the experience of life itself.

Her work integrates body, emotion, reason, and meditation, and she guides people through processes of observation, discovery, and cultivating inner peace.

Today, Gita lives in Thailand and teaches and facilitates in Thailand, Israel, and online.

She is a co-creator and facilitator of School of Life.
